Our Work Speaks

Real projects, real challenges, real solutions. Here's what we've been building across Vancouver and beyond.

West End Residence

West End Residence

Transformed a 1960s bungalow into a net-zero energy home. The clients wanted to stay in their neighborhood but needed something that actually worked for modern living. We kept the footprint, gutted everything else, and added a ton of passive solar features.

Gastown Tech Hub

Gastown Tech Hub

Four-story commercial building that had to respect Gastown's heritage character while being totally contemporary inside. Lots of back-and-forth with the city on this one, but we nailed the balance between old brick charm and modern glass transparency.

Strathcona Heritage Home

Strathcona Heritage Home

1912 Craftsman that was pretty much falling apart. We preserved all the original character - the built-ins, the fir floors, even salvaged the old windows where we could. Added insulation everywhere without messing up the historic fabric.

North Shore Mountain Retreat

North Shore Mountain Retreat

Steep hillside lot with insane views but crazy engineering challenges. Built this into the slope using local timber and stone. Every room opens to the forest somehow - the clients didn't want walls blocking nature, so we used a lot of corner glass.

Yaletown Office Transformation

Yaletown Office Transformation

Old warehouse conversion that needed to become flexible workspace. We designed movable partitions, brought in tons of natural light with skylights, and created zones that shift from collaborative to private depending on what folks need that day.

Main Street Retail Plaza

Main Street Retail Plaza

Mixed-use development with street-level shops and offices above. The challenge was creating something that fit Main Street's eclectic vibe without looking like every other glass box going up. Used reclaimed brick and varied the facade rhythm to keep it interesting.

False Creek Public Realm

False Creek Public Realm

Urban planning project that reimagined a waterfront plaza. Worked with landscape architects to create spaces that handle Vancouver's rain but also feel great on sunny days. Added seating nooks, native plantings, and stormwater features that double as art.

Kitsilano Laneway House

Kitsilano Laneway House

Tiny lot, big dreams. This 650 sq ft laneway home packs in everything - full kitchen, sleeping loft, even a little outdoor deck. Designed it for a young couple who wanted their own space while helping the main house owners with the mortgage.

Railtown Warehouse Conversion

Railtown Warehouse Conversion

Former shipping warehouse turned into live-work lofts. Left the timber beams and brick exposed because why hide that character? Added insulation behind the brick, updated all the systems, and carved out individual units while keeping the industrial bones intact.

Coal Harbour Restaurant

Coal Harbour Restaurant

Restaurant interior that needed to feel upscale but not stuffy. Used warm wood tones, acoustic panels disguised as art, and lots of adjustable lighting so the space works for lunch crowds and romantic dinners. The open kitchen was non-negotiable for the chef.

Medical Wellness Center

Medical Wellness Center

Healthcare facility that didn't want to feel clinical. Brought in natural light everywhere, used calming materials like wood and stone, and designed the circulation so patients never feel lost. The doctors love how the layout flows for their workflow too.

East Van Co-Housing

East Van Co-Housing

Multi-family co-housing project with shared amenities. Designed around a central courtyard where everyone hangs out. Each unit's private, but there's a common house for dinners, workshops, whatever the community decides. It's like dorms for adults, but way better.
